Trupa germană power metal Powerwolf tohmai a lansat un nou video epic pentru piesa „Beast of Gévaudan,„, primul single de pe LP-ul Call of the Wild ce va fi lansat pe data de 16 iulie.

Această nouă melodie este despre creatura hibrida câine-lup despre care se spune că a ucis sute de oameni în regiunea franceză Gévaudan. Fiara mâncătoare de oameni a devenit subiectul unei isterii publice, mai ales că unele dintre victime au fost lăate parțial mâncate și cu gâtul rupt. Guvernul francez chiar a sprijinit financiar misiunile de vânătoare pentru a doborâ fiara.

„Suntem mai mult decât mândri să vă prezentăm ‘Beast of Gévaudan, prima piesă de pe viitorul nostru album Call Of The Wild”, a declarat chitaristul Matthew Greywolf.

Urmărește videoclipul pentru noua melodie Powerwolf mai jos, artwork-ul și versurile pentru „Beast of Gévaudan.” Albumul va fi lansat prin Napalm Records.
